Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a dispatch notification once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Delivery Methods & Estimated Timeframes
Pakistan (Domestic):
• Standard Delivery — 3–4 business days — As calculated at checkout
• Free Shipping — 3–4 business days — PKR 0 (qualifying orders)
Worldwide (International):
• International Shipping — 10–15 business days — As calculated at checkout
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, remote area routing, or public holidays.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping is available on qualifying orders. The applicable threshold or conditions will be clearly shown on the cart and checkout pages at the time of purchase.
Carrier & Tracking Updates
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate on the carrier's system. Grip Leather Goods is not responsible for delays caused by the courier after successful handover.
